Jesus Christ proclaimed the beatitudes. He invites us to live a life of generosity and love. As Paul explains, if we are guided by Jesus’ standards of love, we are liberated from the yoke of external laws. “For freedom Christ has set us free. Stand firm and don’t let yourselves be burdened again by the yoke of slavery”.
